At Biscotti Brothers, a bakery founded in
2003 in western Pennsylvania, we only bake

wholesome, natural ingredients to bake our Biscotti, Biscottini,
Granotti and Pizzelle cookies.
David, our chief baker and a principal in the company, was raised
in the Sacred Heart Parish where week after week he tasted each Italian grandmother’s best biscotti. Now after 20 years of developing recipes, he bakes the best traditional Italian cookies available. David has maintained the artisanal quality of our biscotti by using the freshest natural ingredients, keeping the batches small and the baker’s touch great!
